What You Need to Know​

Synopsis​

Disney’s Dare to Dream JR. is a 60-minute musical revue that follows an eager group of trainees on their first day at a fictional Walt Disney Imagineering Studio. As the group sets out to help each other discover their dreams, they work together to explore the power of dreams to unite, inspire, and make anything possible. Drawing from a century of beloved Disney films, Dare to Dream JR. features songs appearing for the first time in a Disney stage musical. 

Rehearsals will take place on:

 

• Mondays 3.30-5 pm - Lead roles

• Tuesdays 3.30-5 pm - Whole Cast

• Note: Students will not be required every week but will need to be available to attend these rehearsals. Rehearsal Schedule linked below. Please note this has been updated as of 17.02.26. Term 2 Rehearsal Schedule coming soon!

Tuesday 31/03: Full cast rehearsal

ANZAC Day Photoshoot Saturday 25/04: All players, Jayden, Skye, Imagineer 1 & 2; 1:00 - 5:00pm

Public Holiday Rehearsals​

• Monday 9th March (Labour Day)

• Saturday 25th April ANZAC Day (photo shoot - selected characters only)

• Monday 8th June - King's Birthday

Performance Dates​

• Monday 15th June 2026 - Full Day Dress Rehearsal

• Tuesday 16th June 2026 - Afterschool Rehearsal 

• Wednesday 17th June 2026 - Full Day Rehearsal - Performance 7 pm

• Thursday 18th June 2026 - Matinee Dare to Dream - 11.45 am and Performance 7.00 pm
